CANCELLATION POLICY
Failure to cancel within the allotted time may result in a charge to your credit card.
To avoid fees, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. You can cancel by calling PHONE at 1-203-706-9996 or emailing EMAIL at reservation@ctairlink.com.
NO SHOW
If we cannot contact the passenger or the designated contact within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time as per the reservation, the trip will be marked as a NO-SHOW and canceled. Not being at the pick-up location without prior notification may incur a no-show fee (Full Fare).
LUGGAGE POLICY
Sedans and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 3 passengers with 3 standard-sized luggage items.
Mini SUVs can hold up to 4 passengers with 4 standard-sized luggage items.
SUVs are designed for up to 6 passengers with 6 standard-sized luggage items.
MODIFY A RESERVATION
We aim to accommodate last-minute changes whenever possible.
To modify your reservation, please notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
Credit card details must be provided in advance for pre-approval. This pre-approval is not the payment for the trip. When reserving with a credit or debit card, a preliminary hold of 150% of the quoted fare is placed on the card to cover potential additional charges like tolls, gratuity, extra stops, and waiting time. This hold is released after payment processing at the end of the trip or within 3-5 business days post-trip.
The physical credit card must be shown to the driver at pick-up, and the driver may request additional ID to verify the card. All details must match before accepting the card as payment.
The credit card slip must be signed at the trip's end. During the trip, passengers must sign an incomplete credit card slip before leaving the vehicle. If the passenger does not return, the full fare will be charged.

CT Airlink is not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from its failure to provide the promised transportation services. The customer's damages are limited to the unused ticket value purchased from CT Airlink.
We are not responsible for late arrivals, inconveniences, or damages from delayed services. We recommend checking your flight status during peak travel times or extreme weather conditions.
